About

A Seattle native, Grace attended the University of San Diego School of Law, where she externed for two federal district judges and was a member of the San Diego Law Review. Grace’s background is in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions and securities and capital markets.  Currently, Grace assists the CALG Attorneys with corporate governance matters and is quickly adapting to Washington and Oregon HOA law to serve our clients.  She enjoys working with businesses and communities on corporate maintenance and strategy. Grace is licensed in California and her Washington license is pending.

While in law school, Grace was a member of the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (VICAM) team, where she competed in arbitration moot competitions against law students from all over the world. In her third year of law school, Grace competed virtually in the Willem C. Vis Moot, typically held in Vienna, as well as various pre-moot competitions. She also served as the Editor-in-Chief, and was responsible for leading the team through preparing the arbitration brief. VICAM provided Grace experience in written and oral advocacy and negotiation skills, as well as an opportunity to learn more about international business disputes and commercial transactions.

Outside of the office, Grace enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, reading thriller novels, and traveling.
